City Clerk's Department

The City Clerk is appointed by the City Council and is designated as a department head. The City Clerk's Depart­ment provides clerical support to the City Council and the City Manager's Office and serves as a source of informa­tion regarding operations of the City for all City depart­ments and the general public- The City Clerk's Department maintains the official records of the City and proceedings of the City Council; prepares City Council agendas and notices, public warnings, and conducts City elections and related processes including political and economic filings for elected and appointed officials.
